    walking distance to parks and cultural sites makes it perfect

    during my stay, I loved being just under 5 km from the beautiful Cementerio General, a place filled with fine architecture and history, and I also appreciated the easy access to Clarillo River National Reserve, where I enjoyed some peaceful walks surrounded by nature.

    everything was brand-new, including cheerful staff at the check-out. the hotel location was super to the santiago city center. besides, we were just next door to the airport with free transfer, sightseeing, and the centre of santiago.

    I almost considered giving a decent review, but alas, the coffee machine wasn't cleaned, shocking. The corridors were trending towards dirty, it's like cleanliness woudl ve been an afterthought. I expected personal service, not haphazard treatment like every other guest. Utterly disapointing at a supposedly 'high-standard' place. Don't be lured by the appealing facade.

    Family with children quick stay

    Great hotel for a quick layover. The breakfast was a smorgasbord of choices, I was like a king with so many options, eggs, pastries, fruit, you name it!

    Not exactly budget-friendly but still ok for what you get.

    The kids loved the small pool, and the sauna was a nice touch for families. We found it convenient being so close to the airport. A quick trip to Vina Santa Carolina was a highlight, too!

    My wife says that breakfast options could be healthier.
